Tough loss in a very exciting game where we competed really well. We started the first quarter off in our shooting, even though we were finding good and open shots. Our defense was decent, but because of the low percentage in shooting BMS ended the quarter with a 7-point lead that increased to 9 at halftime. But we were starting to score more already in the second quarter, and we only lost by two points, and this dynamic continued in the second half where we won both the 3rd and the 4th quarter. Our low percentage in FT got in the way of the win, and after 2 intense overtimes, we ended up losing by 5 points.
We were very satisfied we the work we put on, and how we managed to switch around the image we were giving after 3 games where we didn’t feel like we were ourselves. So I am very happy the team is bouncing back and getting back at competing. I am also very satisfied with Magnus and August’s game, that were big for us.
The next game will be against BK Amager on Sunday, at Sportsby. Amager has reinforced the team with the Danish National Team player Thomas Bjarkason, so we expect a tough opponent and we need all the support from our fans!
