One more game competed against one of the top teams in the league. We started the game solid, getting a 6-point lead, and were executing the game plan very well. Following the game plan ended up being the biggest challenge for us later on, and even though we kept ourselves in the game, we weren’t comfortable in offense, where we struggled to keep the rebounds away from Horsens’ big guys.
The first period ended tied to 17. In the second quarter and the rest of the game, we were trailing by a difference between 5 and 10 points until the end of the 3rd quarter as Horsens kept increasing their lead to the final 23 points.
It wasn’t our best game, but we still managed to compete well against one of the stronger teams in Baaketligaen.
Zidane Moore had his debut and scored 29 points. We are happy that he is finally on board and contributing to the team in games as well.
